Client Executives
Our top 8 Client Executives who meet a minimum of $250k in achieved margin.
That averages out to approximately $21k in achieved margin per month.
Division Managers
Our top 3 Division Managers who meet a minimum of $650k in achieved team margin.
This averages out to approximately $54k in achieved team margin per month.
Recruiters
Our top 2 Recruiters who have a minimum of 55 hires that complete training.
This averages out to 4.5 hires per month.
Operations
The Senior Leadership team will elect 2 team members who:
- Collaborate effectively across all departments.
- Exemplify what it means to be a supportive colleague.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to enhance overall company performance.
- Demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach to drive Paynada’s success.
