Paynada’s Sales Incentive Program
Additional income opportunities are earned as APEX benefits and are subject to change. The opportunity to earn these additional cash payouts, bonuses, and residuals occurs during a qualification period, but the additional residuals are paid on installed margin during an eligibility period.
After the qualifying period is over, all accounts will be inspected and verified to confirm volumes and margin totals are accurate. APEX status is recalculated every six months. January-June and July-December are the qualification periods for all categories.
Rather than only count the increased residual percentage on deals sold during an APEX period, winners will also receive a line-item bonus on residuals from qualifying APEX period on their entire residual portfolio.
Example:
- Achieve Platinum APEX requirements from installations between July -December 2023, and earn an additional 2.5% to 5% residual on your entire residual portfolio January-June, 2024.
- All residual only deals in your portfolio will have a line item extra 5% residual from Jan 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024.
- All signing bonus residual deals will have a line item extra 2.5% residual from Jan 1, 2024 through June 20, 2024.
- You must be in good standing with Paynada, as defined by:
- No AR
- No merchant complaints
- Adherence to the policies set forth upon hiring and your employee agreement

If you are a new hire, you will be required to meet the minimum production for half of the time you have been with us during the qualifying period. For example, if you started in February, your minimum production requirement will be the equivalent of 2.5 months. If you start in March, it will be 2 months.
